Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses the [PLATFORM NAME] Service. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. We may update it from time to time.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not, and may not permit anyone to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or regulation, or to infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to disrupt, disable, or impair the Service.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach security or authentication measures, without our written permission.
- Access the Service or another user's data without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.
- Use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or unsolicited communications (including SMS or email that violates anti-spam or telemarketing laws).
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
- Use automated means to access the Service in a way that burdens infrastructure beyond normal use.
2. Messaging & Customer Communications
If you use the Service to contact your own customers (SMS, email, calls), you are responsible for obtaining all required consents and honoring opt-outs in compliance with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and similar laws. You must not use the Service to send content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful.
3. Data Responsibilities
You are responsible for the data you enter and must have the right to collect and process information about your customers and employees. Do not upload sensitive categories of data the Service is not designed to handle (for example, full payment card data outside the payment provider, or government identifiers) unless expressly supported.
4. Fair Use & Resource Limits
The Service may include reasonable usage limits (for example, storage, API calls, or messaging volume). We may apply rate limits or contact you about excessive use that affects platform stability.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or report activity to authorities. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you unless doing so is impractical or prohibited.
